Delivery methods
When ordering from babolat.com, you have the option of having your parcel delivered to one of two places:
To a private address (you or a third party).
To an UPS drop-off point.
Delivery times
Depending on the delivery method chosen, we undertake to deliver your parcel within the following timescales:
- Standard delivery: 3 to 4 working days.
- Express delivery: 2 to 3 working days.
This commitment is the same whether you have requested home delivery or delivery to a drop-off point.
Delivery rates
- Standard home delivery: €6, free for purchases over €75.
- Express home delivery: €15.
- Standard drop-off point: free.
- Express drop-off point: €12.
