Dealers should file all Warranty claims on our B2B site under their account. If the defect is not visible, we may require the product to be returned to us. The Dealer's account number (if applicable), return authorization number, copy of the proof of purchase, and a brief description of the defect must be included with the warranty return. Babolat reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage, including without limitation, for goods obtained improperly or counterfeit goods.
