Babolat offers a one-year manufacturer’s defect warranty. Babolat must be notified by an authorized Babolat dealer of any warranty returns within one year of the consumer's receipt of the goods. Warranty claims must be sent from an authorized dealer.
Babolat does not accept warranty claims directly from consumers except for the following reasons:
- Six-Month Shoe Outsole Warranty claim
- An online purchase at babolat.us
Dealers should file all Warranty claims on our B2B site under their account. If the defect is not visible, we may require the product to be returned to us. A return authorization number will be issued by Babolat for all warranty claims that need to be sent into us. Warranty returns must be sent prepaid to Babolat N.A. Warranty Department.
The Dealer's account number (if applicable), return authorization number, copy of the proof of purchase, and a brief description of the defect must be included with the warranty return. Babolat reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage, including without limitation, for goods obtained improperly or counterfeit goods. Babolat will pay to return any replacement or denied warranty claim, except Babolat shall be entitled to retain and not return any improperly obtained or counterfeit warranty returns.
